[thelist] Design/Development Goes Third World?

	What exactly is the problem.Yuo must be aware IBM,Texas
Instruments,Motorola,Microsoft,Adobe,Oracle,Sun Microsystems all of them
have very valued development and research centres in India and for that
matter similar countries.
As a matter of fact a large part of Oracle 8i was developed by thier
research centre in India ..
You can be assured that the same people who make shoes in India are not the
same guys who are involved in Software and web ,though I may be mistaken.

Businnes wise countries like India are actually creating wealth for teh
aforementioned and inturn those economies..

Belief is important.
