George, thanks for the tip.  This is a good suggestion which I will look 
into.  Because I work for a company (as opposed to being my own boss) I am 
not sure whether I would be able to stuff PWS or not... sometimes working 
for The Man includes using whatever tools The Man gives you (irrational as 
that may be) but it's worth investigating options anyways.  Especially 
because I am just trying to use PWS locally, to preview designs of and 
changes made to ASP pages.  hmm.
