More FYI here and a question or two for those of you on the digest, I'd
appreciate the feedback.

First off, the following attachment type is being blocked from being
sent to thelist now:

Content-type: multipart/alternative

added to :
 
> Content-type: text/html
> Content-type: text/enriched
> Content-type: text/x-vcard
> Content-Disposition: attachment

which are already being blocked(why you ask? ;)

Saw that type sneak through a couple days ago from some mail clients.

Secondly, and more importantly, I'd like to get some feedback from those
of you that read the HTML digest version of this list(thelist).

I've been asked several times to implement a feautre that would link the
titles of messages in the summary at the top of every digest to its
corresponding, full bodied - less filling, message in the digest. This
would allow you to scan the headlines of the summary, click on messages
you're interested in, and have that link direct you to the correct spot
in the archive.

Hopefully that makes sense ;)

If you have a feeling either way on these important issues, please let
me know.. I don't want to put features in MajorGumbo that wouldn't be
used.. or worse, not wanted at all :) by the people that subscribe to
the digest of thelist
