[thelist] invisible form???

Ouch!  Just spent hours and hours trying to get a handle on a 
javascript/cgi form that handles math.  Naturally, I did the foolish 
thing and did all my work-in-progress testing on one browser.  In 
this case it was IE 5 Mac.

So, got the job done to relative satisfaction... I am not yet a 
code-conversant individual :-( .  Uploaded to it's home and took 
another look.  Still fine on IE 5, as well as IE 4.5, and IE 5 PC 
(via VPC 3.0).

But... there is a virtually blank page when loading into NC 4.7 
Mac!?!?!?  What's up with that?

Could some of you gurus take a peek? The page in question is (live)

guessing that there is a bit of javascript wonk that is throwing NC 
for a loop... but I wouldn't have the vaguest clue on how to debug. 
Help?
