[thelist] invisible form??? (2)

Still trying to figure out why the forms at 
<http://www.willowcreekcanada.com/ls2000/ls_form.html>  do not 
display on netscape.

I received suggestions to make sure that there were no syntax errors. 
Ran it through GoLive's checker... which indicated that there were 
missing <form> and </form> tags... but they are there!

Also checked for open table tagging... didn't find any.

Is it a problem having more than one form on a page?  This one has 
three standalone form areas.
