[thelist] 128-bit IE/Mac - legal to post?

I'm pretty sure that Microsoft wouldn't want you to post it without a
distribution agreement. Other than that, as long as your server is in the
USA, I don't see why you would be breaking export laws by posting it.
Compliance with the law would be the responsibility of the downloading party
(maybe you could include a disclaimer?). I say you post it until you get a
letter from the MS legal department, which could be never--they have other,
more important issues to deal with just now. :)
