[thelist] thelist digest is HTMLified!

Ok, just wanted to let everyone(especially those on the digest) that I'm
done with HTML'izing the digest to make it easier to navigate.

If any of you folks on the digest notice anything weird, please let me
know.. I only tested it in 3 email clients :)

For those of you who are on the digest and *dont* want to get an HTML
version of the digest, head to
http://lists.evolt.org/mailman/listinfo/thelist and plug in your email
address at the bottom of the page. It will bring up a page of options
for your email address, one of which is "MIME Digest" If you uncheck
that, you'll still get the digest, it just will be plain text. The
converse is true as well.

If anyone has any other feature requests, or suggestions on how to make
anything on thelist better, please feel free to contact me or bring it
up and I'll see what I can do :)
