[thelist] Client create web page from form

Hi Everyone,
	I have a client who does not know html and has little interest in learning
it.    He would like to upload new press releases to his site on a regular
basis.  I've tried to talk him into having me do his updates, but he wants
the control.

	Does anyone know of a form which I could modify for him to use where he
could cut and paste the header in a textbox and say the content in another
text box?  and POOF!  push a button and upload it to his site as an html
file with links and everything?
