Yup, this is off-topic, but it's internet related & I hope that some of you
find this as amusing as I do :)
You are all no doubt aware of the controversy surrounding the Napster MP3
software, the legal action being taken against them by Metallica and the
opinions of other artists such as Eminem, Dr Dre & Madonna. Well, in a
typically tongue in cheek way, Offspring are now selling unofficial Napster
merchandise on their web site. Even though Offspring do not have a problem
with the MP3 issue I think this is a fabulous idea as well as a humourous
response to the current situation. Check out http://www.offspring.com for

I include this tip as pennance for my [OT] post. You long time programmers
will find this a bit lame I'm sure, but I didn't know this until recently so
I'm kinda presuming that it will be of interest to some.

If you want to draw attention to a piece of text, underlining it is not a
good idea because that suggests it is a link. It is, however, possible to
change the background colour behind the text like this...

And, as was recently pointed out to me here on the List, this method also
works for buttons.
