Now see, that is why I'm asking!  As I said, I'm only now diving into the 
books.  I thought I'd picked up from reading posts on various lists that 
there were ways to detect when people had their JS turned off, and 
redirecting them.  Okay, if there isn't any automatic way of doing it, then 
the rare person with JS turned off will just see the splash screen and have 
to make a choice;  if they try the "team" route, they will see a bunch of 
information they have no use for, since I'd guess the login routine 
wouldn't be working, either.

Any games I can play, along the lines of having the "team" link only 
visible if JS is on??  That way, anyone with JavaScript turned off would 
only see one "choice."

Possible?
