Eric,

Could you give a bit more directive on this part

then in your movie, tell the timeline to goto gotoframe defined as an 
expression. If you are targeting a mc like this, you have to 
reference the variable from the root of the movie, like

tell target('"yourMC")
         goto and stop "yourMC" & /:gotoframe

I set up a test to go to frame 10 here...
