Goddamned single/double quotes! - the script was passing to one form OK -
but was saved in the next as a hidden field - with the value in *single
quotes* (value = '$description'), so the value was being interpreted as
'Lez's test' and was getting terminated at the seconfd quote!

Beware all you inconsistent coders (like me!)
