<tip type=" Google- Behind the scenes" author="wolf">
"The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine"
by Sergey Brin and Lawrence Page
with interesting details, diagrams, stories, statistics,
fascinating facts and pics of the
folks who brought us this fine research tool.
It details the whole architecture of Google, tells interesting stories,
shows what is involved in such a project, gives humorous user feedback,
philosophies about crawlers and text indexing systems.
Hey, do you want to know how to calculate your page rank?
Easy as a pie..
PR(A) = (1-d) + d (PR(T1)/C(T1) + ... + PR(Tn)/C(Tn))

Really recommended for reading, for all who like Google, for
all who want to know what is going on there and learn maybe
how to rank better there, for all who are interested in the black
art of search engines and how they calculate, for all curious
how others handle big succesful projects.

you can see, I am really on fire about this paper.
Already thought about adding a tip for my tip ! ;)
