Here's a quickie overview:

DB is Oracle8i(8.1.6) on Red Hat Linux 6.0 
Webserver is Apache 1.3.12 
Application Server is ColdFusion 4.5.1 on Red Hat Linux 6.2
we dont do a lot of scripting, or use XML a great deal(just for one or
two things)

We are in the process of a major upgrade to the website right now.. New
features, and a new look, and some improved backend stuff will all be
included.. Once that is done, the people that put the new site together
will get together for an article like the one you asked about.
