Hey Steve - 

Basically, I just filter based on content types found in the header. If
the header contains one of the following types:

Content-type: text/html
Content-type: text/enriched
Content-type: text/x-vcard
Content-type: multipart/alternative
Content-Disposition: attachment
Content-Type: multipart/mixed
Content-Type: application/octet-stream

MajorGumbo holds it for approval. This catches pretty much everything
that can get attached to emails.. If you have more questions, feel free
