There are several add-ons that will do it.

I like AdSubtract Pro from http://www.intermute.com  $40.00

In addition to site specific cookie filtering, it will also filter (site
specifically) (a) advertisements, (b) backgrounds, (c) background music, (d)
animations, (e) pop-up windows, (f) JavaScript, (g) Java Applets, (g)
referrer information and (h) auto refresh.

For cookies already there, it will identify them (flagging the most
"dangerous" like doubleclick), and permit selectable deletion.
