Hopefully someone can help me with this one...

I've been looking for a sample of a thorough site maintenance contract. I've
looked but all I keep finding is either contracts for a new site design, or
badly-written site maintenance contracts. I just want to be sure that I'm
not giving myself the shaft by leaving out something important.

Has anyone had to drum up one of these?
