FYI, this the HTTP upload feature that uses the 'file' input type...

this is supported by 3.x and up IE/NN browsers... *however*, IE3 will *only* support it if you 
download a patch (can't find URL right now) from MS, since the off-the-shelf version can't 
handle it...
