Makes my eyes hurt from about 3 seconds in. And as for the multiple 100+k downloads... Oh, and better not be an epileptic.

This is the kind of self-indulgence you get away with when you're an art or design student, but *not* as a professional shop. How many of the 'effects' are presets, or downloaded from Flash sites?

If any employer of mine brought these people in to work on a site I was working on, I'd quit on the spot.
