no, i agree entirely Paul. as i said later in my posting, successful
teamwork is dependant upon mutual respect of other's skills. knowing your
own limitations and knowing where to turn when you come up against something
that is out of your remit can also do a hell of a lot to reduce trauma and
stress levels. 

suppose it's all about "co-operation" really (always reminds me of Sesame
Street that word). but yeah, co-operation shared experience and particularly
support is something we all need at times re dealing with obnoxious clients,
how do i blah blah blah?... i.e. why "the list" was felt to be needed in the
first place.

do i sound like a wooly liberal or what?
