[thelist] text box differences IE vs NN

If you're using a dynamic middleware (like ASP or CF) you could do a 
browser-check and then set a numeric variable (depending on which 
browser it was) and then use that variable in the cols="x" part of 
your textarea tag. -- Palyne

Hi Smart Folks:

Anyone have a workaround (other than building separate pages) for the
bug that makes my text boxes look so much bigger in NN than in IE?
