[thelist] Scrolling from the left?

Actually, I've seen it done with straight HTML, although for the life of
me I can't remember where.  I do know it was on some Arabic search engine.
However, like so many other things, it isn't supported in Netscape.  As a
bonus, though, NN doesn't choke on it, it just ignores it.
