Using V4.x

>From the top menu:
File / Site Manager

Now, from the menu at the bottom of this window:
New / type in a 'user-friendly' name

On the right of this screen,
fill in "FTP Host Address", i.e. 201.234.123.423
fill in "FTP site User Name", i.e. bobtheuser
fill in "FTP site Password", i.e. foobar2

Choose the "Connect" button at the bottom of this window and you'll be
logged into the server.
