If you haven't signed up for ICANN At Large membership yet, what are you 
waiting for?  http://members.icann.org/

I've finally received my PIN by post and completed my registration.

But I'm finding some of the figures alarming.  According to this press release:

here's the total membership at the end of last month, by region:

  Africa - 787
  Asia/Australia/Pacific - 93,782
  Europe - 35,942
  Latin America/Caribbean - 6,486
  North America - 21,596

Interestingly, the highest number of registrations is from 
Asia/Australia/Pacific (my region).

Yet, the number of At Large nominations received for this region is ..   two.

I was rather hoping to have a bigger choice of people to vote for.  Perhaps 
the number will increase. I will wait and see.

The deadline for individuals to submit their name to ICANN as a candidate 
for member-nomination is this monday, the 14th.
