Answer 1 - In order to switch between SSL and non-SSL pages you must use the full
URL. Klunky but necessary.

Two - In order to make sure your users are at the proper site (HTTPS versus HTTP),
you will need to use the Web Server lock down those pages you want to maintain as
HTTPS only and HTTP only. Apache and IIS and Netscape all work differently.
