[thelist] ICANN At Large - membership/nomination

Hi all,

I tried to join ICANN yesterday, only to find out I was too late to vote in 
the elections. This is from the <https://members.icann.org/faq.htm#join> 
page on the ICANN website:

"Can I still join?
For purposes of this year's At Large elections, the registration period 
began on February 25 and closed July 31. Future registration periods will be 
announced through the At Large membership web site."
---
