WebTEN (apache for Mac) ships with PHP 3, but without MySQL support.

Its difficult to use a browser on the same machine as WebTEN because WebTEN
installs a BSD networking stack and you can't have cross talk between Open
Transport and WebTEN's BSD Stack.

They have a work around - but I think it may break in OS 9. Don't know - my
WebTEN box is not a workstation....
