Thanks for all your help.  I was, indeed including an entire documents, so
that accounts for the multiple heads and bodies bodies.  And I am switching
from frames--what a mess.

make some code-cleanup, and everything will go better.
don't forget that WYSIWYG tools are good for quick designing but are awful
coders, check their code.
