haven't looked at URL. guessing.

netscape leaves space for a vertical scrollbar (even if it doesn't need it).
there's no way around it (except for using an invisible frame, but i wouldn't
bother).

IE just inserts a faded scrollbar.


try shrinking your browser window vertically so that a v.scrollbar appears in
netscape. is the image now up against the edge as you wanted?
