Hi Gang,


Easy ... I hope ... question involving Access and SQL ...

I'd like to select, (and order by), a formula ....

I have On-Hand Quantity, (OHQTY), and Loaded Cost, (MLO_COST), as fields in
my item master table.


I thought I could do a "SELECT (OHQTY * MLO_COST) as XTD_VALU FROM ITEMMAST
ORDER BY XTD_VALU;"


Either I fudged up the syntax, (always a possibility), or Access doesn't
like doing things like this ...


Any Pointers?
