Hi, Lisa

I'd make it even simpler... just put up a page that isn't linked-to from 
any other page in the site, and send out the unique address to the clients 
each month.

No log-in, no way for the ex-employee to find the page (really unlikely 
that he would be able to hunt it down in search engines in a month), really 
easy and cheap for everyone.

Will that work?
