[thelist] surf sound effects

I remember a few months back there was a thread about a site... I 
think it was called 'surf australia' ...in which the client insisted 
on flash-generated surf-like sound effects.

And the 'crashing waves' sounded a bit like gunshots.

I happened to find this site: http://www.surfnf.com/
as it was the featured 'daily sucker' at websitesthatsuck.com.

I actually kind of like the site.
The interface is more exploration-oriented
than task- or goal-oriented...

But it also includes surf-sounds-as-backdrop.
I kind of like it.
