hi jodi

when aardvark says "i think the code is pretty awful, but that's a
function of the editor you've chosen..." he means that in the nicest way,
of course, and no reflection on you

i didn't think the code was all that bad, but maybe that's because i spend
a good part of my day converting word and frontpage 97 crapola into
css-compatible pages

i agree with his comments about the background image on the home page, i'd
redo that so that it doesn't use a background image at all but rather an
inline one -- but i would also redo the home page to make it look like the
other pages, so this means ditching the links that wrap around the image
in a circular fashion, and using the same navigation links as used on the
about and agents and mission pages

when i opened a couple more pages, somehow i got several windows open, i
think it was the <BASE TARGET="main"> tag that's on some of them, i guess
you weren't sure at the outset which ones were gonna be plain pages and
which ones were gonna be framesets...

i would make the baycityhomes frameset (i'm assuming you have their
permission) look like the about and agents and mission pages, i.e. same
nav bar down the left and the baycityhomes site frame on the right

and when aardvark says "ok, back to work... my 5 mins are up..." you just
gotta know he's kidding, it took him longer than that just to look at the
site, never mind write the reply

;o)
