hell, e-biz? most of 'em can't even understand the web as a
design medium...

ways to tell if the agency outsourcing to you is clueless
(these are all from experience):

- they have a Pantone web-color book (216 web-safe colors
represented in CMYK on uncoated stock)...

- they have 'back' and 'next' buttons on the designs they
give you, or they have page numbers...

- they provided you with a detailed list of fonts for the
copy - not just the images...

- they still surf on NN2...

- they double-click hyperlinks... and then wonder where they
are...

- they are scared to death of upgrading their software
through an online store...

there are many more...
