so, you know who your audience is... what can you tell me about
their browsing habits? the technologies they use to surf? those
are key elements of knowing your audience...

splash page:

- are you telling me that i can change the text in my browser for a
reason? is that a hint?

- the button to get in, with its pseudo-3D, doesn't quite fit... and the
'alt' is a little wordy... you alread say 'enter' below it, so you might
even be able to get away with alt=""...

interior:

- hey ! more of those buttons... now here the 'alt's are somewhat
useful, although it may look silly to see the word repeated in Lynx...

- your graphic bullets have an odd 'alt' as well...

- doesn't quite fit in my 640x480... width of 620 is 20px above what
works for me...

- the site is quite table heavy...

- remember that you told people how to resize text... that means
they can also resize your nav...

- on home.htm, "glossary" link doesn't work...

- your headers are the same color as your links...

- the big 'to top' arrow link is a bit odd, but it matches your
buttons...

- "About D2I" makes less sense to me than "About DTI"...

- on 'about', the colors are all over the place - mostly in the goup
members... i thought it was 3 distinct columns because of the
spacing... the giveaway was "a rep ....... from ...... foo"

- why does it take so long to load these fricking pages? what up
with yer server? i'm thinking it's your tables...

- the 'menu' on resource:orgs is all blue and times... not planned?

sorry, this is taking too long and i gotta get back to work...
