We co-lo with Industrial Strength Internet (http://www.istrength.net) and
love it. Basically, we do what we please with our boxes (outside running
spam servers and such), and they house them in a "hardened" environment:
raised floor, rack mounts, A/C, DC power if ya need it, battery backup up
the wazoo, they are running fiber to the telephone CO across the street, are
connected to multiple backbones, yadda yadda yadda....

We buy the hardware (servers and hubs, we even have a couple Cisco
LocalDirectors and a couple routers for dedicated circuits), and they
provide the space, the network, and the bandwidth. Hell, they even
Ctrl-Alt-Del for me if I gotta kick a box =)

Yes, this is a high recommendation. Check 'em out--
