Problem solved. Thought I'd share it with you. The problem was in my 
own code. And it occurred only in Navigator. Where I had entered

  <cflocation url="someDirectory/somePage.cfm">

I should have entered

  <cflocation url="/someDirectory/somePage.cfm">

With the slash before the url. This seems to solve it.

I only wasted 3 hours on that one. Lesson learned. Guess I should go 
slap myself now. Thanks guys.
