Ron,
Thank you for the idea. This would work, but the big bang would really be to put the icon on the desktop. 
Honest, these folks may not even know what a bookmark is, could not care less, and are raising a stink about having to go online at all. FL really really wants the icon on the desktop part to make it as palatable and simple as possible.

Go into each browser and create a folder in Favorites/Bookmarks and
save the pertinent pages to them. Drag and Drop these folders into an email
and send it to the morons with precise instructions on how to drag and drop
it into their Favorite/Bookmarks...(Otherwise they will surely fug it up)
