Well, welcome aboard Javier! I feel almost duty bound to plug my own wap
developers mailing list here, information and archive at
http://www.wap-dev.net

However some of the best developer links I know of are at
http://www.wap-dev.net/links.php - all the links on this page will be
helpful to the beginner, but especially the Wireless-Faq - which is
basically a "must read" for any WAP developer
http://allnetdevices.com/faq/?faqredir=yes
Wireless Dev Net http://www.wirelessdevnet.com/ is also an excellent
resource.

I also highly recommend the Professional WAP book from Wrox Press - here's
my review of it
http://www.wap-dev.net/archive/display.php?IDNum=1010

I hope all that helps - of course there are also quite a few WAP developers
on this list who can often help with questions as well.
