I've always used a little script (never my own, just always some version on 
the server) called dos2unix or d2u.
It's probably best to get in touch with your sys admin, and if you _are_ 
the sys admin... then... erm... get one  =)

The method, is to save as unix file format from textpad or whatever, then 
FTP & telnet to the server, upload the file, then run the script via telnet.
The only other way to do it is to edit everything in either Vi or Pico or 
another *nix online editor.
