[thelist] printing out a webpage that doesn't cut off the last inch to the right

keep in mind that A4 is wider and shorter then standard 8.5" by 11" US
paper.
Also, if I recall, there was some bug in certain HP drivers that resulted in
the printed page being cut off when printing from IE.
