[thelist] creating graphs on the fly

The system at 
http://www.aecf.org/cgi-bin/kconline.cgi?KC_REQUEST=QUERY_GRAPHS 

is for the most part rolled from scratch using perl, a .gif drawing library, and a custom, flat-file database.  I was the project manager for this work, but I'll see if I can get the engineer to provide up some URLs.
