[thelist] IE 4.0 on Windows Millenium?

Hi,

I have Windows Millennium, and from a cruise around Microsoft's site, it's starting to look like you *can't* have IE 4.x on a Windows ME machine.

First, I have to uninstall IE 5.5, however, according Microsofts Knowledge Base (and some tests on my end) Windows ME doesn't allow this, as IE 5.5 is an integrated windows component.  Trying to install IE 4 doesn't do anything (kind of runs through the setup program but, as far as I can tell, doesn't install anything except an empty IE4 directory).

Anyone know of a way to run both IE 4.x and IE 5.5 on a Windows ME box?
