have you tried enabling the printing of table cell background colors? 
  if you use table cells with a bgcolor over large .gifs, which is not a 
bad thing, the default browser setup will not print the background 
colors of the cells...

not surprised... it's 745px wide... do the math... 72ppi screen res, 
which is how it likes to print, btw, into 745px... that's over 10.3 
inches wide... no wonder it won't fit... more reasons to target those 
640x480 windows...
