Yes, maybe even larger or, labeled. mimicking browser scrollbars is usually
the safest approach

There should be arrows in the right corner that should mouseover to "scroll"
the text.....

Maybe I should make them a bit more visible....

IE 5.0 Windows checks out okay.

However your text in the portfolio section is being 'clipped' something with
layers or frameset?
