[thelist] "Non-3d" form boxes

ALL form elements are this way, I think that the wonderful folks at 
Microsoft and their counterparts at AONetscape were thinking security when 
they made up the standards for forms in the DOM.  It sucks but I certainly 
see the reasoning behind it.
