[thelist] design feedback

there are a couple things that don't sit quite peachy with me, but they're
more gut reactions than solid analyses:

one page has a vertical rule, the other has a horiz, so the mild break in
layout sits odd.

the other is the spacing between between the image bars and the title text;
maybe close them in a little (er something? it just doesn't feel right)

hope this helps some (we all know what kind of designer *I* am)
