I agree with Chris George's recommendations, too.

Additionally, another fabulous resource for search engine info is a 
relatively new discussion newsletter and website, Rank Write, at 
http://www.rankwrite.com. You'll find tons of great articles there, all 
the archives from their discussion newsletter, and there's a search 
feature, too. You can join the newsletter and submit questions to be 
addressed, too. It's getting popular quickly with almost 2,000 
subscribers in just a few short months.

The two people running it, Jill Whalen and Heather Martin, are really 
sharp (two colleagues and friends of mine, too), gave a workshop at the 
recent Search Engine conference in Texas with Danny Sullivan and Detlev 
Johnson.
