[thelist] NN4 text wrapping problem

Seems to work in NN4.7x on NT 4.0.  You must be mindful of NN and table
widths and cell widths.  With NN there are numerous problems that occur when
you do not explicitly designate the cell and table widths minding the
cellpadding, cellspacing, and borders of all the tables.  I wrote an article
on those sorts of things a while back (though I geared it more towards the
loss of styles after a table appeared in a block):
