[thelist] Netscape CSS agony

OK, I'm stumped. I'm trying to do a very simple indention but Netscape 4 doesn't want to cooperate.

This is what I want:

My present technique is to use a spacer graphic to get the indentation but I would like to start using CSS. Since Netscape 4 (Mac & PC) cannot properly render simple margin or padding attributes I can't figure out how to do this.

Any sugestions?
